I also believe that you are the expert of your life experiences, which means we will work together at a pace that helps you and best meets your needs.

Outside of school and work, in my spare time, I can be found reading and spending time outdoors. I also have a few rescue kitties who occasionally can be seen showing up in session as well.

Rewriting the Mental Health Narrative

For too long, mental health has been treated with a one-size-fits-all approach that focuses more on quick fixes than lasting change. That approach doesn’t work. Patrice knows that every person’s experience is unique, and real healing must go deeper than symptom management. Her work is built on the belief that mental wellness requires:

✔ Addressing root causes, not just symptoms

✔ Creating an environment where people feel safe to heal

✔ Combining counseling, coaching, and personal development for full transformation

✔ Challenging the outdated norms that keep people from getting the help they deserve

Patrice isn’t just here to offer support—she’s here to lead a movement of change.

Why Patrice Brantley Started This Movement

Patrice’s journey into mental health advocacy was fueled by personal experiences and the stories of countless individuals who felt lost in a broken system.

She spent nearly two decades as an educator, witnessing how stress, burnout, and emotional struggles affected not just students, but also teachers, administrators, and families. But when she looked for support, she encountered the same obstacles so many others face—dismissal, stigma, and a lack of real solutions.

That was the moment she knew something had to change.

She left the traditional system behind and built Seed Sowing Sistah Movement, LLC to give people something they weren’t getting elsewhere—mental health care designed for them, with real strategies that lead to real breakthroughs.

A Holistic, Whole-Person Approach to Mental Wellness

Mental health care shouldn’t just help people survive—it should help them thrive. Patrice takes a comprehensive, whole-person approach that focuses on mental, emotional, and personal growth.

More Than Therapy – A Movement for Lasting Change

🚀 Coaching + Counseling = Transformation Patrice integrates coaching principles with traditional counseling to help clients move beyond their struggles and step into personal growth.

🛠 Practical Strategies for Real-Life Challenges Mental wellness isn’t just about understanding emotions—it’s about having the tools to manage stress, build resilience, and create a life of balance.

🌱 Healing Through Community and Connection

Why Traditional Mental Health Services Fall Short

Too often, mental health care focuses on temporary relief instead of real change. Patrice is on a mission to bridge that gap by challenging common myths, including:

🚫 “Just take a pill, and everything will be fine.”

✔ Healing goes beyond medication. While medicine can help, it’s only part of the solution. Patrice helps clients uncover the real sources of their struggles.

🚫 “You have to do this alone.”

✔ No one should have to navigate mental wellness by themselves. Patrice provides a supportive, judgment-free space where people feel heard and validated.

🚫 “You just need to be more positive.”

✔ Real healing isn’t about pretending things are okay—it’s about facing challenges head-on and developing the skills to overcome them.
