What is the difference between coaching and counseling?

Coaching focuses on helping you meet your current goals and plan out your future goals. The coach is there to walk with you during the process of meeting your goals and helping you exceed them.

Counseling focuses on the past and work on healing the past. The counselor only focuses on the past issue and helping you heal from them.

Do you host mental wellness workshops in the school system or for HR departments?

Yes, we host mental wellness workshops in different locations and we can customize them to meet you and your staff needs.

We must have at least a month notice in advance.

Do you offer group package?

Yes, The group packages include group sessions and bi-monthly one-on-one life coaching sessions. Groups are limited to 10 members each. All packages can be customized to the group's needs.

What are some of the topics you offer for groups and workshops?

Burnout recovery, Burnout prevention, Mommy's Meal for new moms, the 9 wheels of wellness, Burnout recovery for caregivers and much much more.

Do you work with EAP programs and insurance providers?

Yes, only for the counseling session. However, not for life coaching at this time.

Late Fee and Cancellation Policy:

We value your time and commitment to your personal growth and development. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to honor the time of both our clients and our practitioners, we have implemented the following late fee and cancellation policy:

Late Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. If a client arrives late without prior notification, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. A late fee equivalent to half of the session amount will be applied for arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.

Cancellation: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to be adjusted. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation will result in a late cancellation fee equal to half of the session amount.

Late Fee Schedule:

Counseling Sessions: $75.00

Life Coaching Sessions: $ 75.00

"Lend Me Your Ear" Sessions: $ 10.00 Only for teens and young adults 

Exceptions: We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are willing to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, repeated late arrivals or cancellations without adequate notice may result in additional fees or potential restrictions on future bookings.

Payment: Late fees and cancellation fees will be added to the client's account and must be settled prior to scheduling any future appointments. Payment can be made through our designated payment methods.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our late fee and cancellation policy. By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to maintain a respectful and efficient experience for all of our clients.
